Elizabeth Wellness and Functional Medicine

I will provide office visits both in person and telehealth. The initial fee will include phone consultation follow up visit.   I will treat common health problems, including physical exams, simple in office testing.  I will also treat long standing, chronic problems which may require in-depth functional medicine evaluations and follow-up visits.

I’ll use a simple fee schedule with 1 follow up visit for questions and discussing test results included.  Further visits may be needed for stubborn complex problems.

I will order lab testing – both conventional and special functional medicine testing – and imaging as needed.

I will prescribe medications including hormone compounds, thyroid medications, etc. as needed, and recommend supplement plans.

I do not plan to offer BioTe hormone pellet therapy, do routine pelvic exams, pap smears, or do office procedures such as; lance abscesses, apply stitches, etc.
